CBRA’s Brownfields sites are ready for conversion to high-tech use with desirable open expanses, high ceilings and heavy load bearing floors. Most are close to major highways and rail lines and have easy access to state-of-the-art fiber optic communications infrastructure.
CBRA and CDA provide direct, guaranteed and participating loans, as well as TIF (Tax Incremental Financing) for the remediation and redevelopment of these environmentally contaminated sites.
