- About the Program:
CDA collaborates with the Connecticut Energy, Finance & Investment Authority (CEFIA) to support and promote advancements in the energy field, spurring further investments in energy technologies which will create business and job growth. Through its loan and loan guarantee programs, CDA augments third party investment capital needed to complete energy projects. CDA attracts additional lenders who can help mitigate potential risks and costs for all parties involved.
