• For every $1 of state-contributed capital, CDA has provided $17 of financial assistance to Connecticut companies since 1992

• Total loans, loan guarantees and tax relief: $742,299,310
  
  
• Total jobs: 96,351 (76,947 retained; 19,515 created)
  
  
• CDA’s small business lending, including the URBANK loan guarantee program, specifically targets assistance to small and early stage businesses.  Of the clients receiving CDA assistance, 239 companies are owned by minorities and women.
  
  
• CDA acts as conduit issuer of Self-Sustaining Bonds, a financing option through which the company pays the debt service.  From 1992 through 2007, 62 companies have received $787,803,641 in tax-exempt financing.
